Acceptance
By using this website, submitting a file, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to submit files and approve work on its behalf.
Your Files, Designs, And Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of the files, drawings, models, designs, inventions, and other materials you submit. 9193D Printing does not buy, claim, sell, license, publish, display, train on, or reuse your work without your express written consent.
When you send us a file, you grant us only the limited permission needed to review it, quote it, manufacture the requested part, communicate with you about the work, provide support, and maintain ordinary business records for that job. We do not use customer files to build competing products, create derivative designs, advertise our capabilities, populate a portfolio, or train artificial intelligence systems unless you separately give express written consent.
We treat submitted files and project details as confidential customer materials. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to deliver the requested service, operate the website, process payment, store files securely, or comply with applicable law.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to submit the files and authorize manufacturing.
- You are responsible for reviewing dimensions, material choices, finish requirements, and intended use before approving a quote.
- You may not submit files for unlawful, unsafe, regulated, or infringing items.
Quotes, Orders, And Production
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may change if the model, quantity, material, finish, delivery requirements, or project scope changes. Production times are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Additive manufacturing can involve visible layer lines, support marks, minor dimensional variation, color variation, and material behavior that differs from molded, machined, or injection-molded parts. We will work carefully, but you are responsible for testing whether a part is suitable for your intended use.
Payments, Cancellations, And Refunds
Payment terms are shown during checkout or in the approved quote. Because custom parts are made to order, cancellations and refunds may be limited once materials are purchased, files are prepared, or production has started. If there is a production defect or order issue, contact us promptly so we can review it and determine the appropriate fix.
Limits On Use And Liability
The website and services are provided for custom manufacturing and related support. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 9193D Printing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
